For the past 5 days...I have been good at keeping my low carb diet in check... Almost low....avoid rice and any form of noodles....taking lots of veggie too
But today.... I went crazy...and I promise not to do it again...hahha
Breakfast:
Plain water
2 piece of bread lathered in peanut butter and jam
2 piece of small banana
5 stick of roll love letter cookies
Lunch
2 small chicken cut
Half cut fish
3 spoonfull of saute veggie (carrot n sawi)
4 pieces of choc cookies
Tea/Dinner
1 plate of mee belacan
1 bowl of ABC
1 small DP ice cream
Huhuhu....I must repent and limit my sugar intake for.the rest of the week
