The Beginning

I am fat and I know it. I have been for as long I can remember. I used to be ashamed of myself but now I am not. And that is my problem now. I have found my own comfort zone in this fatness...embracing my differences. So much so...that I have denying myself a chance to be healthy.

So here...I am dissecting my fat mind, searching the answer to realign my line of thinking that I hope someday could lure me out of my comfort zone.
